During these uncertain times, so much of what we thought we knew has come into question. Injustices have been laid bare, and all of us are struggling to adjust to our new reality amidst grief and change.
I’ve heard from so many who, either voluntarily or involuntarily, are now questioning their life purpose and goals, who are wondering how to get back on track or what that track is, or wondering why they no longer feel fulfilled in their job.
As a coach, I will partner with you to reaffirm your values, discover your strengths and motivators, remove blocks that may be holding you back and create the next stage of your journey – a journey that is fulfilling and impactful.

I have always been fascinated by why and how people end up doing the work they do, and that interest led to a career in Human Resources – emphasis on human! Through my own path to strategic leadership as an HR executive, I’ve worked with others in exploring career choices, building leadership skills, and creating effective teams. I’ve found that those who are happiest have built lives and careers that are aligned to their values.
As a leadership and life coach, I am committed to working with clients to uncover their true potential, break through blocks, and create a meaningful, values-based life. Above all, I work to your agenda, and help you uncover the truths you have within you that may be hidden at this time in your life.
I am trained with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and I am certified to administer and interpret the Energy Leadership Index™, a powerful tool for identifying where your energy is holding you back. The iPEC coaching approach helps you shift thought patterns and perceptions so that you can look at life honestly, without judgment or fear, on this amazing life journey.

Coaching helps you make real and positive changes in your life. I help you overcome self-limiting behavior, and create action to achieve your goals. I will work with you so that you come from a place of confidence and get you to do things beyond what you thought you could ever do. Coaching is a partnership, working for your agenda and uncovering your answers.

Individual Coaching
One-on-one coaching works to your agenda in a series of conversations, questions, challenges and new realizations. I have supported clients on values alignment and leadership emergence, as well as small business owners to understand or strengthen the link to their core purpose, and those who are stuck, looking for clarity, or wanting to strike a new path forward.
Group Coaching
Group coaching extends the coaching conversation to a small group, focusing on deepening awareness and supporting each other in moving through change, challenges, and new beliefs.
Workshops
Have you ever been told you need to speak up more in meetings? Been passed over for a job or promotion because you aren’t outgoing enough? Does networking and meeting new people stress you out? You are not alone! In this free workshop, we provide a safe space to explore what being an introvert means to you, and how you can use it to propel you where you want to go.
